This app allows users to replace traditional paper receipt books with a paperless solution, making it suitable for both personal and business transactions. Cash Receipt is available for the Android platform, and users can easily download Cash Receipt to streamline their receipt management process.

The app features a user-friendly interface that works seamlessly on smartphones and tablets. As users create receipts, the application automatically increments receipt numbers, ensuring a systematic organization of all receipts generated. The receipts can be customized to include a variety of details such as the amount received, the reason for the receipt, and the recipient's information. For English users, the app also generates the amount in words based on the digits entered, enhancing clarity and professionalism.

Cash Receipt generates two versions of each receipt: a graphic attachment intended for sending via email or messaging applications, and an SMS message optimized for quick sharing. The graphic receipt can be sent as an MMS using an SMS application or shared through a file-sharing application. Users also have the option to sign the receipt directly on their device using a finger, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the document. The SMS message is limited to 140 characters, ensuring that the most critical information is conveyed efficiently.

Users can manage their receipts effectively through various functionalities. The app allows receipts to be marked as cancelled, reinstated, or deleted, offering flexibility in handling transactions. If a receipt is marked as cancelled, it can be unmarked, or permanently removed from the database if deleted. This feature ensures that users maintain control over their records and can easily correct any mistakes.

When setting up the app, users can specify currency details by entering the currency symbol, as well as singular and plural forms for units and subunits. For convenience, the currency setup includes a selection button that allows users to choose from a list of popular currencies, streamlining the initial configuration process. This enables users to personalize their receipt creation to fit their specific currency needs.

As receipts are saved, the app adds descriptions from the "Received for," "Received from," and item description fields to searchable lists for future reference. Users can easily access these lists by tapping the search icon when the relevant field is focused. This search functionality allows users to find previously entered items quickly, enhancing the efficiency of the receipt creation process. For instance, typing “J” in the "Received for" field will display "January Rent," while “F” will show "February Rent," simplifying the task of selecting common entries.

To enhance the receipt creation experience further, Cash Receipt offers various setup options. Users can select the style of receipt, which includes MULTI-ITEM, ORIGINAL, or SIMPLE formats. Additionally, users can include an image as a logo or letterhead, as well as add headers and footers with optional default values. The app also allows users to capture the amount still owing on receipts, providing a comprehensive view of outstanding payments.

Tax options can be included on MULTI-ITEM receipts, with users choosing whether the tax is exclusive or inclusive. This flexibility ensures that the receipts meet specific requirements based on the nature of the transaction. Each receipt can also include a signature, either by setting up a preset signature or signing each receipt independently.

Exporting receipts is another valuable feature of Cash Receipt. Users can export their receipts to a .CSV format, which facilitates sharing via file sharing or messaging applications. The exported file can be opened with a spreadsheet application, making it easier for users to manage their financial records and analyze transactions over time.

The filtering capability allows users to sort their receipt list based on various parameters such as "received from," "received for," and date. This functionality provides users with an organized view of their receipts, enabling quick access to specific transactions when needed.

Cash Receipt supports multiple languages, including English and Brazilian Portuguese, as well as Latin American Spanish. However, it’s worth noting that the amount in words feature is only supported in English.
